Dancers can arrive as early as 6pm to warm-up and be ready to start promptly at 6:15pm.

About the Series:
Join me in this fun and accessible Afghan dance performance choreography! Class will be geared towards all levels of dancers with layered options being given to more advanced dancers. Class starts with a full-body warm-up. Dancers are then taught combinations that will build to a full choreography.

Join me for a new dance choreography series for Nowruz! Class will be geared towards intermediate/advanced dancers but adventurous beginners welcome. Class starts with a full-body warm-up, technique, then dancers are taught combinations that will build to a full choreography. Optional performance opportunities both online and possibly in-person (in the bay area dependent on dancer location)

Modern & Contemporary Dance

Natalie teaches Modern/Contemporary Dance deeply influenced by her love of Central Asian Dance. Her classes offer strong technique, improvisational exercises, exploratory movement games and conclude with dynamic combinations.
